Another beach session 🙂 So fun to spend time with this beautiful mom and her baby girl. Happy first birthday Talia!
Lately I’ve been hearing a lot about “boring beach portraits”, so I have to take a stand PRO beach! I think there’s nothing boring about the beach and I love it anytime of the year 🙂 . Boring or fun portraits can be made anywhere and I love every second I spend at the beach. So here is a recent session:
If you are thinking about Holiday Photos this year, think quick! All my weekends in November are already booked. Please call me ASAP if you are interested in booking a session! And because I’m booking lots of repeat clients (I love repeat clients, so I usually give them a special gift for coming back 🙂 ), this holiday season I’m giving everyone 25 FREE holiday cards.
The local market:
This session was extra fun because Dr. K from Seaview Pediatrics is almost a celebrity in South Orange County, where I live 🙂 . If he’s not your kid’s pediatrician, you probably have at least heard of him. It was fun to meet the whole family and see Dr. K’s “daddy side”. Here are some of my favorite images from the session:
Thank you guys for being such great clients! I hope you love these images a little more every year, and that when your girls are grown, you can look at your book and feel the sweetness of their childhood. And thank you for sharing a little bit of your lives with me!
Our school (the one my kids go to) has an amazing kindergarten team. The way they teach and care about each child is really above and beyond anyone’s expectation. They truly make for an awesome kindergarten experience for all families and I’m so looking forward to having Derek be part of it next year!
Recently they brought their families for a portrait session, so here are the Devlins:
And here are the Kazahayas:
I’ve already said this a million times, but I feel VERY LUCKY about the clients who hire me. For some reason I always end up working with people who are very smart, kind, and just fun to be around. This family was no different. First of all, look at this little bundle of sweetness 8 days after his birth:
It’s almost unfair to the rest of us that a new mom can look like this:
I think the proudest one of all is his big brother! Nothing makes me happier than documenting a loving sibling moment 🙂
This is another family I really enjoyed working with. The parents are just super easy going – My favorite trait in a client! 🙂 and the kids are as adorable as can be. Here are some of my favs from their session:
I love when kids just play in front of my camera
Relaxed family moments make me smile 🙂
Last weekend I had the privilege of shooting lots of portraits at the Mission in San Juan Capistrano. The Mission is a photographers dream, with so much texture, gorgeous colors and perfect light everywhere. To make it even better all the kids who came were so happy to be there and just so fun to work with. I’m tempted to write a little description of each family, but I’ll leave it to the images…. and hope that they show something special and unique about each one of them. Here are some of my favorites from the day:
OK, I’m getting over my nephew being the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. I mean, he’s still the cutest thing I’ve ever seen, but after 3 weeks, I’m starting to see other things too :). So getting back to the normal swing of things, I want to post some images from this awesome family. I always have a great time with my clients, but certain families are just extra fun, and this is why:
Loving boys and sassy girls!!!
Beautiful looking parents:
And look at this beauty!
I just love this family 🙂
